Instructions to Pupils


1.    All pupils should come to school in the prescribed uniform. They shall not wear or bring gold ornaments   or to other valuable articles to the school.
2.    Every pupil is urged to contribute to the high moral and spiritual standards set for the school by his/her manner and conduct.
3.    Pupils shall maintain perfect discipline in and out of the classrooms.
4.    Late coming should strictly be avoided.
5.    It is the duty of the pupil to keep his/her classroom and the school compound neat and tidy. Bits of paper and other waste materials should be put in the baskets or bins provided for the purpose.
6.    Pupils should march in line when they go to urinals or to drink water during intervals. They should strictly form queue while drinking water or washing hands.
7.    Perfect silence and cleanliness should be maintained during lunch.
8.    Pupil must be regular in attendance, in learning and in doing home assignments.
9.    Pupils who are absent on any day, shall produce an application for leave for that day from the guardian. Those who are absent for fifteen working days continuously will be removed from the rolls.
10.    In case of absence without leave the pupil on returning to school must have the reason of absence entered and signed by the parent or guardian on the non-attendance and leave record in the Diary without which the pupil will not be admitted to the class.
11.    Pupils should get their progress reports signed by their parents or guardians and return them the next day itself.
12.    Any pupil who cause any damage to school property has to make up the damage. Pupils are not allowed to bring razor, blades or any sharp instruments to the school.

Recommendation to Parents

1.    Parents are requested to co-operate with the school authorities by enforcing regularity and discipline by making their children prepare their lessons and by taking on active and helpful interest in the activities of the school.
2.     Parents are requested to sign occasional reports from teachers and the progress reports of the pupils promptly.
3.    Children should not be sent to school wearing gold or valuable ornaments.
4.    Parents are advised to send water, milk in unbreakable containers.
5.    Parents and guardians are always welcome to the school, and the staff be happy to discuss the welfare and progress of their children. However they should not visit the classes or meet teachers in the classes during working hours.
6.    Criticising teachers or the school in the presence of pupils should be scrupulously avoided a it is detrimental to the discipline of the school.

ABSENCE AND LEAVE

1.    Absence must be explained in the non-attendance leave record in the diary and signed by the parent or guardian.
2.    No leave or absence will be granted except on previous written application from parent or guardian.
3.    Repeated absence without leave or unexplained absence for more than 15 consecutive working days renders the pupil liable to be removed from rolls. Re-admission may be granted only on payment of fresh admission fee of Rs.10/- and satisfactory explanation of the absence. In the case of long leave on grounds of illness, a medical certificate will have to be produced.
 

PAYMENT OF FEES

Fee, without fine will be collected upto 10th of every month.

A fine of Rs. 5/- will be levied for late payment upto the 15th of the month.

If these days happen to be holidays the next working day will be the due date for collection of fee. For further late payment after 15th of the month, a fine of Rs.10/- will be levied.

If payment is not made even on the last date of the month the pupil will be removed from the rolls, and will not be given attendance.

An amount of Rs.100/- will have to be paid for Readmission
